Why can't I get an estimate by email or over the phone?

An estimate requires an onsite walk through because of the many varibles involved in even a simple job. Is the current wiring up to code, can the panel box handle the extra load, or does the wall/ceiling need reinforcement to handle the weight of the new fixture?

Am I obligated once an estimate is given?

Absolutely not! We want you to feel comfortable with your choices and encourage you to seek out estimates from at least 3 licenced contractors. We also understand that you may not be ready to go ahead with the project at this time.

How long is my estimate good for?

Your estimate is valid for 30 days.
